- Passport (all ID pages)
- Residence card (if any)
- Diploma / Vocational certificate (translated & notarized for regulated roles)
- Three biometric photos (≤ 6 months old)
- Criminal-record certificate
- Health report & vaccination booklet (where required)
- Consular apostille of “intent to work in Türkiye”
Documents Your Employer / Agency Uploads
- Power of attorney to company lawyer
- Draft e-signed employment contract
- Trade-Registry Gazette, Activity Certificate, Tax Plate
- Signature Circular
- Latest Corporate Tax Return
- SGK Workplace Data
- Declaration of 5:1 Turkish-to-foreign ratio
All files are uploaded in PDF or JPEG; PDF/A is strongly recommended to avoid format errors on the e-Permit portal.
